Per our terms and conditions regarding Customer Submitted graphics utilizing custom artwork or photographs, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise possess all necessary rights with respect to the Customer Submitted Materials, and that the Customer Submitted Materials do not and will not infringe, misappropriate, use or disclose without authorization or otherwise violate any copyright, trade secret right or other intellectual property or other property rights of any third party, and that the Customer Submitted Materials are not unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.

Furthermore, per our terms and conditions regarding the use of standard artwork available on commercially available Garage Celebrations products, please refer to the Shutterstock.com Enhanced Image License agreement wherein:

Shutterstock hereby grants Garage Celebrations a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use, modify and reproduce Visual Content worldwide, in perpetuity, as expressly permitted by the applicable license. Specifically:

• Such Extended License permits without any limitation on the number of reproductions, impressions, of said Visual Content.
• Such Extended License permits the incorporation of Visual Content into merchandise intended for sale or promotional distribution, including, without limitation, textiles, artwork, magnets, wall-art, calendars, toys, stationery, greeting cards, and any other physical reproduction for resale or distribution, provided that such Merchandise incorporates material creative or functional elements apart from the Image(s).
