Returns
We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from Garage Celebrations. We will gladly accept returns that are unworn in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging within 14 days of postdate on the package.
PLEASE NOTE: Holiday covers must be returned before the day of the intended holiday (i.e. Halloween covers are returnable up to Oct 30th of the year purchased).
Defective Items
Customers seeking returns siting manufacturing flaws and/or installation damage as a result of defective components must contact support@garagecelebrations.com prior to the date of the intended holiday.
PLEASE NOTE: Covers with damaged zippers, tears, or other flaws brought to our attention after the intended holiday will not be eligible for return. Garage Celebrations will work to repair your cover, or arrange an exchange at our discretion.
Exchanges
We understand it's easy to buy the wrong size cover. We want to make sure you receive a cover that fits your garage and meets your expectations. We will gladly accept one-time exchanges for products that are unworn in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging within 28 days of postdate on the package or receiving package.
PLEASE NOTE: Holiday covers must be exchanged before the day of the intended holiday (i.e. Halloween covers are exchangeable up to Oct 30th of the year purchased). Exchanges can only be made for covers within the same Collection or Holiday (i.e., Halloween covers may only be exchanged for other Halloween covers.)
Custom Cover Returns/Exchanges
Custom garage door covers made specifically by/for customers requiring custom artwork, dimensions and/or requiring specific alterations are not returnable. Covers received by clients with major printing errors may be subject to one-time replacement. Please submit photo evidence of product defects to support@garagecelebrations.com, please include a brief description of the issue.
PLEASE NOTE: Broken zipper, small tears, minor stitching errors, small printing blemishes do not constitute "defective" covers. We will do everything in our power to help repair or resolve your issue, but replacements or full refunds will not be granted.
Clearance Item Returns/Exchanges
While we do our best to accurately describe and price our clearance inventory, it is not possible to warranty or offer returns on clearance garage door covers. In unique circumstances we will accommodate exchanges on clearance inventory and/or provide replacement components.
Return/Exchange Processing
Please contact support@garagecelebrations.com to initiate your return or exchange. There is no longer a fee to exchange or return items. We ask that all returned and exchanged items be shipped back to Garage Celebrations at the customer's expense.

PLEASE NOTE: Include your Order Number and brief description for the exchange or return inside your package.
Once we receive your item(s) at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days to process your return/exchange. For returns, allow 2 to 3 business days to receive your refund back on your original payment method. For exchanges, please allow 8-12 days for delivery of in-stock items. Exchanges for backordered items may require significantly longer wait times. Please contact us at support@garagecelebrations.com about current backorder fulfillment estimates.

Garage Celebrations.com site-wide FREE SHIPPING applies to standard shipping and handling within the U.S., excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories (other than Washington, D.C.).
