Return & Exchange Policy
We want to make sure your are 100% satisfied with your purchase from Garage Celebrations. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Below is a quick and simple guide to our return and exchange policy.

14-Day Return Window
If your purchased your item from https://www.garagecelebrations.com/, you're covered by our 14-day return window. Your 14-day window begins on the postmark date shown on your package. If you are returning a defective cover, please review our product warranty page.
RETURN LIMITATIONS. To keep thins clear, here are a few limitations.
Example: Halloween covers can be replaced until 11:59 PM PST on October 30th of the year your bought them.
Cancellations- Order cancellations can be made penalty-free up to 24 hours after the order is placed. Orders which have already shipped will not be cancelled.
"As-Is" Items- Clearance, Used, Refurbished, or Prior-year models are sold "As-Is" and are non-refundable.
Gift Cards- All gift cards and store credit are transferable, however balances may not be returned or refunded for cash value.
Exchanges
We understand it's possible to purchase the wrong sized cover. We will accept one-time exchanges for products in undamaged and resalable condition within 28 days of postdate on the package. Customers are responsible for all return postage and $20 restocking fee.
EXCHANGE LIMITATIONS. To keep things clear, here are a few limitations:
1 for 1- Products may only be exchanged for same design/different size.
Example: A 7'Hx16'W "Snowflake Santa" cover may be only be exchanged or another "Snowflake Santa" in a different size.
Return/Exchange Processing
Please contact support@garagecelebrations.com to initiate your return or exchange. Please allow 5 to 10 business days to receive your refund. We ask that all returned and exchanged items be shipped back to Garage Celebrations at the customer's expense.

Contact Info- When packaging up your return, please include a note with your name, order number, and brief reason for the return.
