Shipping Policy
We offer free UPS Ground shipping within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Please allow 3-5 days for shipping of in-stock items and 8-10 days for custom-made products. Yes, we do ship to Canada, Australia and Europe!

P.O. Boxes. We strongly recommend not using a post office box. USPS Box shipments will be slower and products may be lost.
Domestic Shipping Times
Shipments typically arrive 5-8 days after shipment. Scheduled delivery times for packages from November 25 to December 31 cannot be guaranteed.

Economy- This is our free UPS Ground Service. Products delivered in 4-8 days.
Standard- This is our $15 UPS 3-Day Service. Products delivered in 3-4 days.
Express- This is our $35 UPS Express Service. Products delivered in 2-3 days.
Alaska & Hawaii
Shipments to non-contiguous U.S. States and territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 8-15 days for delivery. Estimated cost $25 depending on location.
Canada
Shipments to Canada will be shipped via UPS Worldwide. Please allow 8-12 days for delivery. Taxes and customs duty are not included in shipping price and are due upon receipt. Please allow extra time for winter weather and other seasonal delays. Estimated cost $35 depending on location.
Australia
Shipments to Australia will be shipped via UPS Worldwide. Please allow 8-12 days for delivery. Taxes and customs duty are not included in shipping price and are due upon receipt. Estimated cost $45 depending on location.
Europe
Shipments to Europe will be shipped via UPS Worldwide. Please allow 10-15 days for delivery. Taxes and customs duty are not included in shipping price and are due upon receipt. Estimated cost $45 depending on location.
