The Basics
Why are your garage door covers so much more expensive than other company's?Great question! A Garage Celebrations’ cover is very different than any other garage door cover you might have encountered. Made from a polyester and spandex blend, our covers wrap the entire surface of your garage door. This means no unsightly gaps or wrinkles (bedsheet syndrome). We utilize a patented zipper closure system which eliminates the need for any double-sided tape, clips, or bungie cords. Overall, we think you will notice the high level of quality and wordsmanship that goes into each of our covers.Also, we fully warranty our products! Do you offer any military and first responder discounts? Absolutely! If you are a military veteran, first-responder, or active servicemen, we want to make sure we show you our appreciation. Do you make your covers in the USA? Yes, we do! We make many of our custom orders and licensed covers i.e., Disney, Star Wars and Pixar in Aubern Hills Michigan. We also make some of or mass retail covers in Vietnam.

Why are Garage Celebrations' door covers the best on the market?Quality and appearance. Our covers are tailor fit for your door and utilize adjustable attachment zippers to achieve that perfect fit. You will never have to peel and stick double-sided tape or wrestle with big clunky clips. Know that when you buy a Garage Celebrations cover, you are buying from a family run business with products that are warrantied and made here in the USA!
Will my garage door still work after I install this cover?Yes, all our covers are designed to allow your door to open and close normally.
How do you install the covers?You can find a step-by-step walkthrough of our installation process here. Remember, we recommend a 2-person installation. Expect to spend 10-20 minutes on your first endeavor.
Do you make custom covers in all sizes?Yes, we do! Look here and choose your garage door size. You will be able to upload your graphics and tell our designer what you’re looking to achieve. Once you check out, we get to work producing your first draft. You will have the opportunity to provide notes and suggestions before your cover goes to print. Custom covers typically take about 10-15 days to design, proof, print, sew and ship. We look forward to making your design a reality!
How long will a Garage Celebrations cover last in the sun?This is a great question. Our covers are printed utilizing a sublimation process. This embeds the ink directly into the fibers of the polyester spandex for a sharp, beautiful appearance. One caveat to this process is prolonged UV exposure. While our covers will last for years of seasonal enjoyment, some customers will invariably expose their covers to direct, harsh and prolonged sunlight. For customers with westward facing garage doors in southern states like Arizona and Florida it is recommended to mist your cover with a UV protectant spray. These sprays are very effective at protecting the ink and should prevent the loss of color vibrance over time. Untreated, our covers will maintain their vibrant beautiful appearance for many years. However, if you plan to leave your cover up for 3+ months at a time, it may be worth exploring the application of a UV protectant.
Can you wash the garage door covers?Yes! Our covers are machine washable. Remember to wash your cover in cold water utilizing a chlorine free detergent. Tumble dry with zero heat. If you follow these washing instructions your cover should provide years of enjoyment!
How do I know if I have a genuine Garage Celebrations product?Over the past years we have seen increasing instances of knockoffs and scam sites pretending to be and/or offer “Garage Celebrations” products. Please note, our products are unique and will never require:
  • Double stick tape
  • Bungee cords
  • Ropes of any kind
  • Clips

Do you offer discounts on multiple cover purchases?Yes, we do! When you place an order for two or more covers, we offer a multi-item discount automatically. You can save as much as 15% by bundling your cover purchases at one time.

What are considered "discounted items"?Discounted items include new, never used covers from our previous year’s inventory. Sometimes we overstock or discontinue certain designs. To address everyone’s budget we heavily markdown these items to make space for the new year’s products. While purchasing discounted items is a wonderful way to save money, there are a few items you should know.
  • Discounted items are non-returnable,
  • We DO NOT offer a warranty on these products,
  • Cover may have small blemishes or sewing defects,

What happens when I order a backordered cover?Backorder covers are typically designs that we stock seasonally. We produce these seasonal covers in large quantities multiple times per year. Occasionally, customers will order these designs when we have limited or no stock in our warehouse. To accommodate these orders, we will mark your purchase as "Backorder". Backorders are typically filled within 3-6 months from the original order date. Backorders will be filled as soon as the product arrives to our warehouse. To reward customers for their patience, we typically offer additional discounts for backordered purchases.
Do you offer free shipping?Yes, we offer free shipping within the continental US – excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We utilize UPS ground, USPS and FedEx depending on your location. We do also ship to Canida and other countries. If you have any questions on shipping to your location, please shoot us a note to support@garagecelebrations.com
How long does it take to receive my order?For orders placed on “in-stock” items you should have your cover in 5-8 business days. For covers shipped to Canada expect items in 10-15 business days. For all other purchases expect:
  • Custom covers typically ship 8-10 days after purchase
  • Backordered covers typically ship 2-3 months after purchase
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and weather. Scheduled delivery times for domestic and international packages for delivery between November 25 to December 31, cannot be guaranteed by our shipping partners. We will do everything in our power to help get your covers to their desired locations, but unforeseen winter weather and shipping delays are not our responsibility.
Do you ship to Canada and other countries?We do ship to Canada! Shipping options include DHL International 2-5 Business Days or USPS Flat Rate International 7-14 Business Days. Please Note: taxes and duty are NOT included in the shipping price and are due upon receipt. All shipping costs and fees incurred because of non-payment of applicable taxes and duty (by customer) will NOT be included in the refunded amount. At this time, return shipping labels are not available for purchases made in Canada. Please contact support@garagecelebrations.com to review options for returns or replacement covers.

Returns & Exchanges
What happens if my garage door cover does not fit?We want to do everything in our power to make sure your cover fits and looks as amazing as advertised! If you experience fitment problems, please contact us at support@garagecelebrations.com so we may assist you in obtaining the correct size or return. Garage doors are not "one size fits all", even your standard door will very slightly in width and height.
What is your return policy?Garage Celebrations has the best return policy in the market! We allow no questions asked returns up to 14 days from delivery. We do require that the returned product be in a new and resalable condition. Returned items do require a $40 restocking and return shipping fee. Do you offer a warranty on your covers?Yes, we warranty all our “new” products. If you experience any product malfunctions or defects, we will replace or refund your order. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase!
I ordered the wrong size, now what?We understand it's easy to buy the wrong size cover. We want to make sure you receive a cover that fits your garage and meets your expectations. We will gladly accept one-time exchanges for products that are unworn in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging within 28 days of postdate on the package or receiving package. Please contact support@garagecelebrations.com to arrange your product exchange. Please note:
  • Exchanges can only be made for covers within the same Collection or Holiday (i.e., Halloween covers may only be exchanged for other Halloween covers.)
  • Garage Celebrations will provide you with a return shipping label.
  • A standard $20 exchange shipping fee is charged per item being exchanged.
Do you charge a restocking fee?Yes. We charge a return shipping fee. It has become increasingly expensive to maintain our “free shipping” services and customers who choose to return or exchange products bought by mistake must incur these return costs.
Are custom covers returnable?Custom covers are NOT returnable. Once you approve your design, you waive all return/refund rights. While we 100% warranty these covers from manufacturing defects, we cannot accept returns for custom covers. Please make sure you double-check the size of your garage door, your graphics, spelling, or any other design related items prior to giving us permission to print your cover.
What is your exchange policy?We understand it's easy to buy the wrong size cover. We want to make sure you receive a cover that fits your garage and meets your expectations. What happens if my cover does not arrive in time for my event or holiday?We will do everything in our power to get your cover from our warehouse to your front doorstep in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times. We ask that you leave plenty of time prior to your event in case of any unforeseen shipping delays or inclement weather. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and weather. Scheduled delivery times for domestic and international packages for delivery between November 25 to December 31, cannot be guaranteed by our shipping partners. We will do everything in our power to help get your covers to their desired locations, but unforeseen winter weather and shipping delays are not our responsibility.
I bought a Garage Celebrations cover from Ace Hardware, Lowes, or Spirit Halloween. Can I make a return, warranty, or exchange request directly with you?Yes! We always warranty our products. I think I have found a scam website, social media post, or company pretending to sell your products. What should I do?Over the past years we have seen increasing instances of knockoffs and scam sites pretending to be and/or offer “Garage Celebrations” products. Typically, these scams originate on social media and use stolen video or pictures of our products. If you think you’ve spotted a scam advertisement, or product please do the following:
  • Report the scam post immediately. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok have tools to flag suspicious posts.
  • Place a comment on the scam post telling others to exercise caution. These friendly warnings are a valuable way to protect other unsuspecting victims.
  • Reach out to us at support@garagecelebrations.com and share any info about the scam ad or product you’ve encountered.
